Getting around Dublin
Dublin has 3 forms of public transport.
👉A two line tram system called LUAS,
👉 Dublin Bus
👉The train system called DART.
If you're looking to travel outside of Dublin there is a national rail service called Iarnród Éireann and a national bus service called Bus Éireann.
We will provide you with a pre-paid travel card to get you started, called a Leap Card www.leapcard.ie and you will be able to use this on Dublin Bus, Luas (Tram) and Dart (Train) for travel during your stay.
The Luas Red Line stops directly outside of your accommodation and it will bring you to the 'Abbey Street' stop where you can swap onto the Green Line 'O’Connell Lower' stop that will bring you to the Grangegorman City Campus www.luas.ie
The buses that will bring you to the Blanchardstown Campus are the 38 or 38a that you can take from Stop no. 274 on O’Connell Street. www.dublinbus.ie
